R S Troutt & Co Fine English Butchers, is a family business's which was started in 1965 by Roger Troutt in West Wycombe village and later in a second shop in Hazlemere since 1982. The business is now run by Rogers son Richard.
Troutt's made a name for themselves by providing only the very best quality produce and a service which is second to none, established and set by Roger from the start.
Over the years Troutt's have continued this policy and believe that to be successful in their business they need to provide customers with what they are looking for, which is top quality produce delivered by knowledgeable and skilled butchery staff.
Nick Coles is in charge of running the characterful Tudor house branch in West Wycombe while Richard is based in Hazlemere with manager Ashley. The staff have been trained to adhere to a high standard of service and are able to offer their knowledge and advice if required.
Of course, Troutt's are fully aware that in today's market it has many competitors in their field, however Richard says " I believe you need to make the shopping experience something special, and we set out to make our customers feel that they have had a pleasurable time when visiting us, as well as purchasing a top quality product.
